I currently have my Xmas backer machine running on a Duet Wifi. Seems to be working pretty well. I'm testing macros for the filament load and unload and bed clearing. I'm also testing out continuous printing using triggers. This would allow infinite printing of a part, or set of parts (currently up to 16 different items) until filament runs out.
Using the Duet interface has made it much easier to set the Y0 and also allows to easily set the width of the belt. I now have access to the full 290mm belt width. Setting driver current is also very simple.
Next steps will be to add the PanelDue and mount the card. Once all of the mods are completed, I will share. I believe the iFactory team may be working on this mod already, so their config files may be the best way to go.
