Printed object is not the correct size

Ok. Can anyone help me figure this one out? The printed object is being condensed somehow. The yellow one is printed on the Ifactory3D and the black one on a Prusa. This is the bottom piece of a box, so I noticed because I was printing the lid on the Prusa. Now this is a side by side of the same model. The yellow one is about 7-8mm smooshed in. Any thoughts?

Update about this issue:

I printed a PLA cube 15x15x15mm and as a result, I have next dimensions:
X: 15.05 mm
Y: 15.18 mm
Z: 14.70 mm

What to do to fix this issue and have the right dimensions (15x15x15)?
