Hello you endless printing guys.

So from time to time i recognize that parts (printed with PETG and about 20% cooling fan) warp.
But they do not lose from the belt, the parts warp with the belt. (tesioned good in my opinion)
And it happens most of the time with bigger parts.
How did you guys prevent this?
It is a real problem on a otherwise perfect printer.

Greetings

Hello Marcus,

sorry for the late reply, the messages from the german forum are sometimes a bit messy.

To me it looks like your bed is not heated enough OR the belt is still not tensioned enough. Could you please test it with a bit more heat on the heatbed and also try to tension the beld more?

In some rare circumstanced printed parts start to warp when the nozzle is to close to the belt.

Did that fix it? We also seem to have this issue.
No this did not fix it.
We found out that there was a bit of draught at the place where the printer was located.
The problem was gone with moving the machine to another place.

Hope that will help you.
