in ideamaker there is a setting for belt printers (from memory it is in the printer setup area) there is no specific profile for the ifactory ( or creality) belt printers

are you using a 'belt' slicer(eg blackbelt cura, creality belt slicer ifactory cura beta 3, ideamaker), or a flat slicer(eg cura matter control prusaslicer etc)?, if flat that is the cause

I have seen posts and comments from mosaic, that none of the palettes are able to do colour(filament changing in controlled locations) on belt printers due to the angled slicing and would only be able to do the bulk, random and filament join for belt printers
