Not sure where I'm going wrong on mine. If I slice with Cura it prints half way up. If I slice with ideaMaker then it crashes into the bed hard.
Also noticed if you have the upgraded hotend, then watch your cable management at the top left. With the new position of the fan it can get caught.
My pi cable and the usb cable were both pretty freaking stretched when I mounted it to the side. With my set up, it made more sense to just set it on the table on the other side, which is where I'd be doing anything with it anyway. Probably will make a custom mount for it later and get some...

Reporting back. Luckily it seems to have just been the hotend thermistor screw being a tad too tight. I can actually connect and control the printer now!
