Hello i have sent 2 email to ifactory as im interested in the one pro machine but still no reply so my question is, is ifactory still trading or have they gone bust as no reply is not a good sign for future business many thanks
It appears that they are doing something on social media but for their existing customers they ar enot really committed to supporting them. Disappointing really because they did such a good job building a community but they didn't actually listen to the feedback and I think they might be really stuck at this point in time.
